Once your portable hoop is installed in the PROBASE, NEVER hang on its rim, on its net or on any other part of your equipment, including the backboard and its support braces. Check the stability of the system before each use.
Check the condition of the PROBASE before each use (loose screws, excessive wear, signs of corrosion and steel distortion)
Tighten, adjust or replace defective components before each use.
Do not use the PROBASE system on days of strong winds and/or storms.

A products in “new condition” may be returned to us within 30 days of placing an order. In order for product to be considered in “new condition”, it must be unused, unassembled, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
You must return the PROBASE using your own carrier and you must pay for shipping.
PROBASE, Inc. offers a warranty on all of our PROBASE parts. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect for 1 (one) year. Any part damaged by an improper use or an accidental breakage is not covered by the warranty.
To file a warranty claim, please take a minimum of three digital photographs showing the damage to your PROBASE from various angles.
Please write a brief description explaining how the damage occurred to the product, along with your phone number and your shipping address. Include the digital photographs and a copy of your dated sales receipt, and e-mail to this address: firstname.lastname@example.org (mention “warranty claim” in the object of the email)
Once the manufacturing defect(s) confirmed by PROBASE Inc. , PROBASE, Inc. will return, free of charge, the replacement part(s) to the buyer.

Basketball PROBASE is an unique invention protected by an International PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) according to a WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) file application.
PROBASE takes great pride in its innovation, quality, design, and manufacture of its product and property. Our Patent Pending (International PCT) provides protection and exclusivity to our invention. PROBASE will prosecute those who infringe on these rights.
Protecting our name Trademark.
The name “Basketball Probase” has applied for a registered trademark application in USA and Canada.
Basketball Probase trademark may be used only with the written permission of PROBASE, Inc.
