Refund/Return Policy

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
A products in “new condition" may be returned to us within 30 days of placing an order. In order for product to be considered in “new condition", it must be unused, unassembled, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
You must return the PROBASE using your own carrier and you must pay for shipping.

Warranty

PROBASE, Inc. offers a warranty on all of our PROBASE parts. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect for 1 (one) year. Any part damaged by an improper use or an accidental breakage is not covered by the warranty.

To file a warranty claim, please take a minimum of three digital photographs showing the damage to your PROBASE from various angles.

Please write a brief description explaining how the damage occurred to the product, along with your phone number and your shipping address. Include the digital photographs and a copy of your dated sales receipt, and e-mail to this address: info@basketballprobase.com (mention “warranty claim” in the object of the email)
Once the manufacturing defect(s) confirmed by PROBASE Inc. , PROBASE, Inc. will return, free of charge, the replacement part(s) to the buyer.
